We opened our doors in February 2025 with one shelf of Royal Canin and a simple idea — grooming, with love, care, and a touch of elegance. Word spread fast. Within a year we'd opened three branches, and we still run like that first shelf: greet every pet by name, ask after the family, never sell food we wouldn't feed our own.

The Mathai family booked one Persian. They brought three. Simba did the protesting, Mishti slept through her bath, and a third sister — Pearl — turned out to be the calmest of the lot.

By Wednesday we'd booked out three branches. We added two extra grooming chairs, two extra cuddle blankets, and a stack of bandanas in moon-and-star prints. Pets left looking ready for celebration.
